Enterprise private deployment

EHX Enterprise includes an optional private deployment path for teams that cannot use the shared SaaS preview at ehxlabs.xyz. This is sales-assisted — there is no self-serve install button in the product today.

What you get

OptionSummary
Single-tenant ComposeDedicated EHX stack (API + web + PostgreSQL) in your VPC or on-prem VM — one customer per environment.
Air-gap bundleSame software delivered offline with pinned container images and catalog packs; outbound traffic limited to what your policy allows.
Managed private cloudEHX or a partner deploys into your AWS/GCP/Azure account with private networking and contractual support.

Capabilities align with Team/Scale SaaS entitlements (generation, retention signals, monitoring previews) but run entirely inside your boundary.

What is not self-serve yet

  • Checkout on /pricing covers Team and Scale crypto stub upgrades only.
  • Enterprise private deployment requires a contract, environment worksheet, and operator handoff.
  • Dollar pricing and SKUs remain TBD until validated with design partners.

How to engage

  1. Review the plan comparison — Enterprise column describes boundaries vs Free/Team/Scale.
  2. Contact sales / solutions (your account executive or design partners program).
  3. Operators receive the full checklist and compose reference in the Enterprise private deployment runbook (GitHub — operator-facing).

FAQ

Is private deployment the same as Enterprise tier in the app?
Enterprise tier in /account/plan describes entitlements when granted administratively. Private deployment is where the software runs — typically a dedicated stack, not the shared SaaS host.

Can we stay air-gapped?
Yes, as a scoped delivery: offline image bundle, vendored catalog packs, LLM optional/off, and update bundles on a agreed cadence.

Do you operate our Kubernetes or chain nodes?
Not by default. EHX delivers the control plane for catalog generation and retention previews. Customer workloads remain customer-operated unless professional services are in the SOW.
