Status: In progress on the marketing site — pilot workflow published; case studies empty until real proof.

Goals (roadmap)

  • Validate demand with paying or design-partner teams
  • Generate revenue to fund template and product work
  • Capture reusable patterns from early engagements

What we will not do before M1.3

  • Fabricated customer logos or quotes on ehxlabs.xyz
  • “Trusted by” strips without signed permission
  • Case studies that mix roadmap personas with implied endorsements

Today, service pages use illustrative evaluation scenarios aligned with roadmap personas—clearly labeled as such.

Evaluation workflow (internal)

  1. Qualify — persona fit (see EHX_Roadmap.md User Personas) and bundle interest (Platform core / Web3 ops / Full).
  2. Pilot scope — time-boxed engagement with explicit deliverables (templates, runbooks, or ops support).
  3. Checkout path — exercise crypto-only upgrade flow when SKUs exist; until then, manual invoicing documented offline.
  4. Retro — feed patterns into Milestone 1.2 templates and Phase 2 modules.

When proof lands

  1. Add entries to publishedCaseStudies in ehx-web/lib/customer-proof.ts (with legal approval on file).
  2. Optional /customers index when three or more approved stories exist.
  3. Replace or supplement illustrative scenarios on suite pages where appropriate.
